Life at a University

I have thought about how university would be like and it isnt an easy thing for me to think of since i havent ever experienced that life. from what ive heard from friends and parents, some said it was fun and lots of parties while some said it wasnt easy and lots of studying. i think im going to try to balance out my studies and social life which would be harder for me since ill be staying with my brother. it seems to me that it's going to be more fun then depressing because studying shouldnt take more then a few hours a night unless there would be a test or project i need to study for. the first year would be hard since i wont have anyone to take care of me or wake me up in the mornings for school and there is going to be alot of responibility. another thing that will make it hard is leaving all your friends and moving into a new place where you are a stranger to everyone and everyone is a stranger to you. i was thinking about staying in kuwait for the first year to make things easier but when i really thought about it, it wouldnt have made a difference at all. the college im going to, my brother and I are the only arabs there which makes me feel out of place.
